A journey of struggle, sport and purpose.
The story behind a life rebuilt around children, sport and the long quiet work of human development.

Vishal Iyer — Sports Educator & Sports Psychology Professional
I was the boy who carried a cricket bat everywhere. I believed sport was who I was — until life made me let it go. I followed the expected path: degrees, corporate jobs, ambition measured in titles.
Years later, I returned to the field — not as a player, but as someone trying to understand why so many children quietly lose themselves on the way to growing up. I studied sports psychology, I listened to parents, I watched kids discover parts of themselves they didn't know existed.
This work is my answer to the question I wish someone had asked me when I was a child: what are you actually built for?
